Shipping Policy


(Domestic & International)

1. General Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Nagarkar Global Exports OPC Private Limited for supply of goods within India and for exports outside India. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned below.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after confirmation of payment or as per mutually agreed credit terms.
Order processing timelines may vary depending on product availability, quantity, regulatory approvals, and destination.
Dispatch timelines provided are approximate and subject to change.
3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Goods are shipped through reputed transporters, courier services, or logistics partners.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, transport conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
Risk and responsibility of goods shall transfer to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the transporter, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. International Shipping (Exports)
Export shipments are dispatched as per INCOTERMS agreed with the buyer (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.).
All export documentation will be prepared in compliance with applicable Indian export laws and regulations.
Customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and local charges at the destination shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to shipping line schedules, customs clearance, and destination country regulations.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping and logistics charges are applicable as per actuals or as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Any additional charges arising due to changes in freight rates, fuel surcharge, port congestion, or regulatory changes shall be payable by the buyer.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Nagarkar Global Exports OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, port congestion, customs delays, government restrictions, transport strikes, or force majeure events.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported to the transporter and the company within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Claims, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted by the transporter or insurance coverage.
The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Insurance
Insurance coverage shall be provided only if expressly agreed in writing.
In the absence of insurance, shipments shall be at the buyer’s risk.
9. Compliance With Laws
All shipments are subject to applicable Indian laws, export-import regulations, and destination country laws.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are legally importable in the destination country.
10. Changes to Shipping Policy
Nagarkar Global Exports OPC Private Limited reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy applicable at the time of order confirmation shall govern the transaction.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts at [Your City / State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction
